CASE STUDY
Project
The BCS needed to make a number of decisions regarding how to develop their communications to best serve their changing membership base and to attract new members. BCS commissioned the research to coincide with the introduction of new, more inclusive membership criteria.
Methodology
Shift Media conducted focus group research and interviews among BCS members, lapsed members and non-members from different age brackets. Web statistics were also analysed as were competing publications.
Outcomes
The results informed the communications strategy for online and print-based communications.
