Project

Shift Media designed a content surround for BTEC which is designed to attract and retain new centres offering their qualifications.

Methodology

The first stage of this involved gaining a full understanding of the needs of students, lecturers and centres and looking at the relative benefits of competing offerings. This stage involved telephone interviews and desk research.

Outcome

Shift Media presented a new content surround. The research fed into the development of support for centres and students.
